However, system instability factors such as input distortion, optical distortion, thermal effects, and non-linear effects can easily cause the output laser to deviate from the design target, resulting in a decrease in the yield rate of production lines and a significant reduction in enterprise production efficiency. However, laser cannot be observed directly, and indirect methods such as material proofing have high maintenance costs.

The Anbeam beam quality analysis system is a laser beam analysis instrument independently developed by Ant Laser, which can be used for real-time analysis and diagnosis of laser beam characteristics. It uses an open structure, replaceable magnetic damping sheets, and is compatible with CCD/CMOS industrial cameras. It can provide customized services for different application scenarios of customers. In addition, Anbeam also provides matching software, which is powerful, has a simple interface, and offers multiple feature measurements to meet the different needs of customers.
